We are serious about excellent service. But sometimes it may seem as if we have dropped the ball. We are committed to working through grievances and coming to a satisfactory resolution. If you are not happy with our service for any reason or would like to make a complaint, please follow the theĀ complaints flowchart and we will deal with the matter with the urgency it deserves. If your complaint remains unresolved and is an alleged breach to the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 you can contact your localĀ Ministry of Education office.
